Demi-Leigh Tebow has a new story to share!

PEOPLE can exclusively reveal the cover of Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose, a new children’s book from the writer and former Miss Universe. The book, which features illustrations by Olga and Aleksey Ivanov, will hit shelves next spring through Tommy Nelson Publishing.

Princess Paris stars Tebow’s real-life Dalmatian Paris, and follows the canine as she embarks on a journey to find her missing crown, according to the book’s official description. Without it, Paris doesn’t feel like she’s worthy to represent the king, and worries that the other animals in the kingdom won’t respect her.

But as Paris meets more animals on her journey, she learns that they each have problems of their own, and that her role as a princess encapsulates much more than she originally thought.

Tebow published her debut memoir A Crown that Lasts in 2024, and tells PEOPLE that she was inspired to write Princess Paris, aimed at readers ages 4 to 8, after learning how many young people experience feelings of aimlessness and meaninglessness.

“I wrote Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose with the hope that it would spark important conversations between parents and children about what truly defines us,” Tebow says. “A recent Harvard report found that almost 60% of young people feel they lack purpose in their lives. In a world where many children are struggling to find their place, I believe it’s crucial for them to understand that their worth isn’t tied to appearance or possessions.”

In addition to the book, 2025 has already brought more good news for the Tebow family. On Jan. 14, Tebow and her husband, retired NFL player Tim Tebow, announced on Instagram that they are expecting their first child together.

“I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with first and foremost,” the former Miss Universe told PEOPLE in January. “To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband … that we get to do parenting together.”

As for her future young readers, Tebow shares that she hopes Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose will enable them to understand their place in the world, too.
